proactive approach will contribute to the smooth operation. Responsibilities:
Handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence,
scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Greet and assist guests
and employees with a warm and professional demeanor. Maintain office supplies
and coordinate procurement when necessary. Assist in organizing events and
activities. Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and
maintaining employee records. Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and
logistics for staff. Ensure the facilities are well-maintained and in
excellent condition at all times. Collaborate with external vendors and
service providers for facility-related matters. Address facility-related
issues promptly to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Assist in
coordinating the projects and renovations.
