services to provide relevant information to customers. Resolve customer
complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, aiming for customer
retention and loyalty. Assist in maintaining an organized and professional
workspace, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance automotive knowledge
and customer service skills. Job Requirements: Proven experience in a customer
service within the automotive industry. Strong communication skills in
English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of automotive services, repairs,
and parts is essential. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work effectively in
a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Excel, CRM Software. Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with
