Main Purpose:Managing or performing the administrative services, responsible
for supervising the facilities cleanliness, collecting and selling the
wastes
Responsibilities:
Responsible for
following up and supervising the facility cleanliness
Managing the daily work among the workers and ensure completion of
their work
Responsible for issuing the purchasing orders for
cleaning materials, buffet supplies and uniform for workers in the
administration department.
Organizing the wasted materials
and managing its selling process.
Coordinating with various
departments to transfer devices and other assets to different department.
Responsible for the release and distribution of cleaning
materials, buffet supplies and uniforms based on the work need and reporting
its consumption rate.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor degree of Business Administration
Experience: 0-1 Years
of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Moderate knowledge
of English language

Working Days: 6 Days/week.
