The West Coffee-Oman is primarily responsible for the creation of the Menu
while following the set guidelines and vision of the company. Providing
excellent customer service at all times proving that we, The West Coffee, are

QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Have an experience(s) in GCC Country(ies) more than 2
years as Barista and/or acknowledged as customer serves in the Philippines.
2. Male / female 3. Pleasant looking 4. Age is not more than 33 years old.
* Must submit certificates or proofs of employment, experiences, or
proficiencies. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Fulfill customer orders
accurately 2. Handle all comments, concerns, and questions while on shift -
escalate to Leadership teams as needed. 3. Greet and acknowledge all
customers immediately with a positive self-projection 4. Repeat the
customers' order back to them and relay orders to co-workers to ensure
accuracy 5. Engage in genuine conversation with the customer 6. Never argue
with the customer. 7. Charge the customer correctly. 8. Knows how to
properly say Thank You. 9. Stay informed on current specials, marketing
campaigns, and special events 10. Lead by example. 11. BE ALWAYS ON TIME OF
SHIFT 12. Attend mandatory shop meetings and events 13. Always wear and
follows company's uniform completely 14. Communicate any problems, big or
small, deserving attention to the reporting Manager/Supervisor. 15. Maintains
a clean and orderly working environment, adhere to cleaning checklist. SALARY:
160 OMR *Accommodation and the food provide it by the company
