Graduate Trainee-Operations

Job Summary

The IFFCO Graduate Trainee Program is to cultivate and develop trainee as our
future leaders.The Trainee will work through a series of core components
including on-the-job training, learning interventions, assigned Sr. Leadership
mentors & sponsors and other avenues for personal & professional development.
The Trainee will be an integral part of one of our manufacturing teams
managing the production process & people to help the business make better
manufacturing decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering and Manufacturing teams as assigned, with the processing line management, quality assurance and design maintenance of the assets


• Support the design & development of projects as assigned


• Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S, Kaizen)


• Research & develop new technologies & processes improvements for efficiency

KPIs

• Based on projects for each rotation during the course of the Program

Work experience requirement

Qualification

• Must be a resident of the country where the role is based


• Must be a Bachelor's / Master's graduate in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering from the year ‎2020 or ‎2021
