strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
* Develop a detailed budget for the project.
* Develop a detailed project plan to track and progress.
* Ensure the resources availability and allocation.
* Coordinate the project resources for the flawless execution of projects.
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, costs.
* Ensure the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
