Education Degree:

Technical knowledge:
Understanding of international codes and references such.
Experience:
* 8+ years proven experience in quality assurance & quality control or construction related areas.
* 4+ years in construction or project QA/QC, QSHE related position.
Primary Functions:
* The Architectural Quality Auditor shall inspect and Projects in relation to the quality compliance in the respective client activities; plan and execute audits in accordance with client requirements; escalate non-compliance with client/Employer Requirements; monitor and ensure closure of non-compliances.
* Review of applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications etc.)
* Proven experience in quality assurance & quality control or related areas.
* Review of QHSE drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
* Compliance auditing experience within the construction industry, preferably including in corporate contexts.
* Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance within the respective field/discipline.
* Very good knowledge of quality management standards.
* Knowledge of design and construction regulation and requirements in Saudi Arabia
* Prepare Weekly/Monthly Quality reports with applicable KPI established for the Project.
Technical Expertise:
* Knowledge of standards and project design and construction requirements in area of his or her specialty.
* Knowledge of QA/QC standards.
* Knowledge of design and construction regulation and requirements in KSA.
* Active ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification.
