Job description
Entry-level Service Contract & Warranty Administration professional.
Responsible for administering and providing proper contract and warranty
fulfilment. Reviews contracts, compiles data and assists in preparation of
bids and other reports.
Responsibilities
* Provides proper contract and warranty fulfilment, ensuring that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.
* Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure that service contracts and product warranties are complete.
* Reviews contracts to make sure they contain the correct contractual rights and obligations.
* Compiles and analyses current and historical data related to service contracts and warranties to identify problems and improve overall performance.
* Prepares bids, process specifications, progress reports and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that established quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Requirements
* BA degree in a related field.
* ‎1-‎3 years of similar experience.
