The Position
As an Airport Representative you will assist our customers and ensure that
they are met, greeted, and transferred to their respective hotels from the
airport! Being the very first face of Intrepid It will be critical that you
provide incredible service to our travellers to ensure they not only have an
amazing first impression, but that their experience is smooth running!

In this position you will play a crucial role in the communication with the
operations and the reservations team to ensure smooth transfers. This is a
full time position based in Cairo, Egypt.

Experience you 'll need to be considered for this role includes:
* Ability to handle a multitude of tasks, customers and priorities that may be on the go at the one time
* You must present well, with excellent grooming to ensure the right first impression is made
* Excellent customer service and attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* A willingness to work flexible hours
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You'll be responsible, reliable and honest and can work independently and
collaboratively with a team and share Intrepid's core values of integrity,
