ROLE SUMMARY
The M&E Coordinator is responsible for the coordination with Egypt country for
their M&E activities and M&E strategies for Egypt,
Accountable for setting high standards and innovation for meetings and events
to differentiate Viatris from competitors using all channels available for
customer engagement and acquisition.
The M&E Coordinator will be a key player in coordinating, and tracking the
progress and execution of Webinars throughout the Country. Interacting with
Marketing & Medical leads, Global M&E Team and local heads. The colleague will
manage multiple concurrent projects and work with client partners, support the
Meetings & Events Lead for local implementation of platforms and submission of
monthly reporting of main KPIs. Accountable and responsible to work closely
with the Regional and/or Global M&E Operations Team and M&E Process and
platform team to ensure the accurate documentation of spend and expenses
within the segments.
To keep meetings & events relevant and engaging, the colleague will be
meticulously organized with an innovation mindset for new proposals and
projects. Markets will rely on him/her to coordinate upcoming Local Webinars,
Local Congress participation, platforms and metrics availability per market,
including impact of social advertising. Core activities will include:
* Work closely with local M&E teams within the Country to oversight activities and report back to Local status.
* Support project management on event approvals' tools roll-out (HIPPO).
* Support project management on event management's tools roll-out (Cvent)
* Implement the Regional M&E KPI strategy and harmonization in coordination with Regional M&E operations Team within the region
* Conduct periodic meetings with the country to share Webinar / Meetings & Events results, performance, and engagement and optimization to improve/maintain results.
* Oversight and governance of all M&E activities at the Market with local support
Work closely with the EM Lead of M&E Operations to ensure overall
oversight/accountability and responsibility for all M&E
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration Management / Hospitality Management.
* ‎2+ years in Project Management. Coordination of different stakeholders and Local perspectives.
* Highly analytical and results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent relationship-building and client-facing skills. Comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with stakeholders in the country.
* Very strong operational leadership to conduct M&E activities according to Viatris M&E SOPs and processes
* Strong Know how and capabilities to manage and govern segment M&E activities.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure of a tight deadlines
* A strong, demonstrated record of achieving business results required
* Ability to introduce and facilitate knowledge transfer of Local expertise and best practices to local teams for utilization in the country.
* Regulatory mindset to ensure compliant business conduct of M&E including know-how on regulatory/legal requirements.
* Able to travel when needed
