Cyber Risk & Compliance Sr. Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE:
 Manage all related cyber security compliance programs
 Manage cyber security related risk
 Responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of Cyber Prevent
Controls.
 Identify risk triggers, and corresponding risk responses strategy.
 Governance of all inherited cyber security programs and work streams (i.e.:
SecuRED – Group Audits)
 Risk documentation and remediation plans.
 Maintain accurate and up to date risk register
 Vulnerability management and assessment for all vulnerabilities across the
environments.
 Development and operating centralized risk register with automated
workflows.
 Regular reporting to management with top cyber security risks, compensating
controls, remediation plans.

Technical / Professional Expertise

§ B.Sc. Communication/Computer Engineering or Computer science is a must
§ Proven experience in Cyber Security domains with excellent knowledge in risk
assessment and management.
§ CISM/CISSP Knowledge is a plus
§ Excellent Knowledge about Cyber Security Controls and awareness of global
cyber security standards and compliance programs is a MUST.
§ Strong technical background in Active directory, IT domains, Data Network,
Data centre and storage.
§ CRISC (Or equivalent certification) is a plus.
§ Excellent awareness of risk management tools (i.e RSA Archer or equivalent)
Is preferrable.
§ IT systems Architecture & Design Knowledge
§ Management & Leadership skills
§ Organizational, And interpersonal skills. Effective negotiation skills
§ Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
§ Self-motivated, disciplined, Problem solver and organized.
