The key purpose of the role is to have someone able to understand, assess, and
decompose prioritized Epics and Features, (with a focus on Minimum Viable
Products (MVPs)) and facilitate the development of user stories to guide the
business towards a defined future state.
As a Product Owner, you will :
* Together with the product manager define sprint and product backlog priority
* Write user stories and acceptance criteria for each release
* Together with the product manager, each PO will be responsible for one sprint team consisting of developers and testers to ensure each sprint deliverable
* Review development progress on a regular basis and rely on well defined KPIs to make decisions
* Ensure each product deliverable meets the right level of functional capabilities, performance, security, and stability.
* Analyze preferences and requests of end-users;
* Refine our agile methodology based on results and stakeholders' feedback;
* Keep track of industry trends.
To be the ideal Product Owner , you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in Product management;
* Experience with working in an Agile environment;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
