Research industry-related topics
Write and review content for websites, social media pages and public
communications (in Arabic)
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the company's
personality and tone of voice
Monitor our social media channels and report on engagement
Reply to comments, messages, and chat
Identify customers needs and work towards a solution
Create and delegate tickets to the appropriate department based on the
customer enquiry
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
Min 1 year experience in a similar role
HubSpot knowledge and experience is a plus
Fluent in Arabic and English (Spoken and Written)
Ability to create informative, versatile, and engaging content
Insurance knowledge and background is a plus
