JOB OBJECTIVE
Maintain material stock level & ensure availability on time
ENVIRONMENT
Internal: All company departments & Donor centers
External: Suppliers, External warehouses, Clearance agents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Plan & secure materials for products
* Review material availability & submit requisition when needed
* Material allocation and distribution as per center's needs & consumption
* Monitor inventory movement & warehouse items' shelf life & communicating them to all concerned parties
* Prepare regular reports on inventory movement & expiry dates and ensure data accuracy on ERP system
* Participate in physical count of materials to maintain accurate inventory level
* Accountable for storing inventory items as per the storage instructions set by the company & monitoring the refrigerator relevant to consumable
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Bachelor of Pharmacy
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in planning &
logistics in pharma industry
COMPUTING SKILLS
ERP user , MS office user
PERSONAL SKILLS
Strong communication & Leadership skills
Plan, organize, multi-task and work cooperatively with others
LANGUAGES
Written and spoken English and Arabic.
