Active in and AdTech company, Your role will be coordinating the activities to
be instructed and received in line with updating the internal tools and
systems as well as building custom tools. Responsible for requesting PM and
PO's in line with projects instructions, receipting same on completion of
activities.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Project Coordinator
This role fits within the Tech and product team, directly reporting to the
Chief Product Officer, and will work collaboratively with the various Products
teams, the IT and engineering teams, UX design teams, and process and systems
team.
* Products updates and reporting across the company
* Reporting and Dashboard
* Sync communication between stakeholders and multinational level
* Maintain accurate updates into the internal & external tools tracking activities that are planned &/or completed.
* Focusing on monitoring and building homogeneous project management practices across the tech and product departments
* Sourcing, compiling or writing documentation according to management needs
Required Skills:
* Experience in BI Dashboards or similar: Goole Data Studio, Power BI, Zoho BI
* Experience in JIRA Project management and Dashboards
* At least 2 years of work with AGILE methodology
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
* Excellent Reporting skills (writing, presentations)
