The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated
services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a
strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio
access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
You will be a member of the Radio delivery team in Egypt. Radio team is
responsible of the integration and troubleshooting of Nokia Cloud based
controllers: ASBSC/ASRNC in addition to 4G/5G integration.

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:
* Analyze troubleshoot and fault diagnose the technical cases.
* Propose and implement solutions/workarounds.
* Handle care activities and tasks with facilitating solving problem and collaboration.
* Responsible for echnical activities such as software upgrades, technical audits, etc.
* Handle the technical support in early product release phases (pilots, trials and early projects).
Your skills and experience
You must have:
* Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering
* Previous experience is needed on Nokia Radio Products (GSM,WCDMA,LTE)
* Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills
It would be nice if you also had:
* Ready to work at night and travel on short notice.
* Proactive, self-driven and motivated to learn
* Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
* Excellent negotiation, communication, customer interfacing skills
* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
