Your Mission
We are searching for a diligent and professional compliance expert to join our
compliance team in Middle East and Africa. You will be responsible for
ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with the Company's
Trust Charter, internal policies, and applicable regulations.
In this position, you will perform a range of duties including evaluating of
compliance regulations, assessing business risks, and leading training
sessions. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have
good understanding of corporate processes with in-depth knowledge of the
latest industry procedures and regulations.

* Implementation of the Company's compliance policies and procedures in the zone (Gifts and Hospitality, Conflict of Interest, employees' background checks)
* Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of internal policies.
* Provide advisory to the management and business in matters related to compliance
* Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
* Enhancing education and awareness according to MEA E&C Training and Awareness plan including development of compliance portal on clusters' levels
* Lead external compliance certification for NEAL countries
* Promote Speak Up culture and whistleblowing channels
* Support Regional Compliance officer on cluster level E&C Committees
* Perform compliance investigations if needed
* Support Regional Compliance officer and Group Compliance team on other compliance related initiatives
About You**
* Bachelor's degree in law, finance, audit, or relevant field.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a compliance expert or similar position.
* Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
* Fluent English and French are the must
