Here are some of the tasks the IT Systems Lead may perform:
* Work with various IT Infrastructure and Applications teams in order to provide support to IT projects, as well supporting to meet IT requirements and rollout deadlines.
* Manage escalations with Egyptian service providers and suppliers.
* Interact with Egyptian authorities and agencies, as well might communicate and defend IT projects in front of them.
* Create and maintain project documentation and presentations.
* Follow up service delivery, KPI's, etc
* Follow up on project deliverables, purchasing, devices inventory, etc.
Professional Experience Required:
* 5+ years of previous experience in a similar position.
* Hardware, storage and networking experience required.
* Experience with software as a service (SaaS) applications and SAP.
Skills:
* Good knowledge of server hardware, storage, networking and security concepts.
* Strong MS Office skills required.
* Technical documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
* Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
* Basic Project Management skills.
* Willing to learn new skills very quick.
* Fluent English.
Plus to Have:
* Practical experience with internet service providers.
* Prior experience in a multinational organization.
* Able to work in a team as well as independently.
