Responsibilities
1. Set daily & weekly raw & pack material plans and develop delivery
schedules of raw and
packaging materials.
2. Set balanced need of material requirement with production plan in order to
fulfill both
export & local market demand to achieve sales AOP targets.
3. Compare daily material's opening stock versus the requirements according
to the
production plan to develop the material plans based on AOP then share it with
sourcing
team.
4. Review & govern RM stocks in partnership with manufacturing team, sales
forecast
figures and FG stocks.
5. Issue purchase orders and create new items on SAP.
6. Create return PO's & review PO's status monthly and update it till close
the redundant
ones.
7. Assist and coordinate with Marketing Department in launching new products.
8. Send delivery schedules to suppliers & RMWH team and following up on
suppliers to
delivery schedules of storage capacity.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree / engineering is a plus
2. Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
3. 2 years ' experience SC preferably in Planning.
