Role:
We're looking for Engineering Managers with strong organizational leadership
skills to grow and develop our engineering talent!
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, utilize and maintain software engineering applications.
Leading the team through coaching and mentorship.
Prepare all required Technical Proposal related to software engineering.
Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met
and consistent.
Leads the team’s release process and make sure that the team meets the
shipping dates for new features, improvements and bug fixes.
Quickly resolve personnel problems, team conflicts, and bottlenecks
Present practical input for strategic technology decisions.
Support preparation of Technology Roadmap.
Comply with all professional departmental as well as company best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
discipline.
10 years of experience in the Software Engineering field.
Aware with the latest technologies and the ones we are working with.
Strong organizational leadership skills.
Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies
to develop quality teams.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change
management.
