Role Purpose:


Majid Al Futtaim is building a state-of-the-art group wide Learning and
Development function to support the growth of our MAFers and the growth of our
businesses.


Accordingly, we are looking for a creative, highly skilled human skills and
general management skills facilitator
to become a member of the learning and
development team and deliver high quality learning interventions for
participants from across the Group.


The candidate will join a small but growing team that is spearheading the
learning and development transformation across Majid Al Futtaim. He/she will
be at the forefront of enhancing our MAFers skills, in line with the
leadership model, and the culture of Majid Al Futtaim.


The role of facilitator is responsible for developing the competence of MAF
employees by participating in the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D
interventions.



  • Responsible for delivering learning sessions (Human Skills, General Management Skills).

  • Assessing the effectiveness of learning interventions through testing, review of audit results as well as participants' feedback.

  • Update the learning material periodically (participant hand out, facilitator's manual, pre-assessment, post-assessment & course material PPT).

  • Work closely with all OPCOs to enhance and improve the learning process as we want to reach to the target of being the pioneers in MAF in the learning experience quality.

  • Provide Weekly/Monthly reports.

  • Build learning content in collaboration with subject matter experts and the L&D learning lab.

Minimum experience



  • Possess ‎4-‎5 years of experience in a similar role.


Minimum Qualifications/education



  • Bachelor's degree.

  • PCT is preferred.
