Providing administrative support in all required areas of the department to
ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and
accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the coordination of projects' resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
* Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
* Ensuring that office personnel are adhering to the established policies and procedures as per company policy.
* Managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures; guiding employees and making sure that business runs smoothly.
* Maintaining a schedule of all meetings; receiving guests in a polite and courteous manner.
* Serving as liaison for the department, coordinating activities, and exchanging information.
Ideal Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
* English proficient
* A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the field
* Demonstrating Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct
* Delivering Results
* Showing Accountability and Taking Ownership
* Seeking Continuous Improvement
