Job Description



  • Set the strategy of the warehouse in new projects in order to save space and costs.

  • Provide the Store Keepers with the needed training programs to ensure they comply with the department's procedures and standards.

  • Review the Purchase Orders to check the availability of the needed materials in the warehouse.

  • Manage transferring materials and equipment from one project to another to satisfy their needs and save costs.

  • Review the transfer documents to ensure their accuracy and approve them.

  • Create a monthly report including the expiry dates of the materials stored in the warehouse to check the materials that will expire soon and make use of them or transfer them to other projects.

  • Conduct weekly site visits to ensure that all materials in stores are stacked and stored as planned and monitor adherence to health and safety regulations.


Skills



  • Bachelor degree in Commerce

  • ‎10 - ‎12 Years of experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).

  • Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.

  • Oracle
