We want someone who can really showcase the local neighbourhood and make it
come alive!
Your Day-to-Day:
* Leading and training a team of reservation agents to provide exceptional guest experience
* Developing and executing plans to increase bookings and revenue
* Making sure that reservation systems are up-to-date, and reservations are properly recorded and accounted for
* Analyzing reservation trends and finding ways to improve performance
* Coordinating with other departments to make sure guests have everything they need
* You'll need to be comfortable using reservation systems and be able to analyze data to make smart decisions about pricing and promotions
* Keeping open communication with the sales and marketing teams to ensure promotions are well-advertised
* Maintaining accurate records of reservations, occupancy rates, and revenue.
What We need from you:
Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
hospitality industry, ability to demonstrate working with commercially focused
and a keen eye for detail with strong analytical & numerical skills. Proven
negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and excellent time management skills.
