To support our development, we are looking for an Accounting Manager ( 18
Months contract)
MISSION*
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable cash
receipts, general ledger payroll and utilities treasury, budgeting cash
forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets
reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed
asset activity debt activity.
* Review payment requests, cheques & transfers.
* Post payroll & inventory entries monthly.
* Control GL accounts (stock variation, PUC, accruals, prepaids & provisions).
* Validate and reconcile inventory and fixed asset accounts.
* Manage monthly and quartely closing plan.
* Review fixed assets documents before capitalization.
* Control suppliers & customers' accounts.
* Monitor suppliers advance payments aging.
* Enforce monthly closing plan.
* Work with external auditors in issuing Financial Position for balances planned to be transferred to SAP.
* Contribute to SAP transition period upon request.
* Support tax team in providing required analyses needed for tax inspections.
PROFILE
Education : Bachelor of Commerce,
Experience : 7-10 years of experience
Computer Skills : SAP
Languages : * English
