Automotive System Engineer (All Levels)

Avelabs is seeking talented and motivated automotive System Engineers to join
our team. As a System Engineer, you will work on a variety of complex
automotive projects, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure
successful project delivery.

Job description
* Work with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
* Lead stakeholder engagement activities to elicit, analyze, and validate system requirements.
* Develop and maintain system architecture, design, and functional specifications.
* Implement and maintain Automotive SPICE processes and standards.
* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
* Conduct reviews and assessments of requirements, designs, and test plans.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Job requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer and Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Experience in requirement engineering, customer requirement analysis, and stakeholder requirements elicitation.
* Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and its implementation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, such as ISO ‎26262, is a plus.
* Knowledge of ISO ‎21434, Automotive Cyber security standards, and other cybersecurity standards is a plus.
* Experience with system modeling and simulation tools, such as MATLAB and Simulink, is a plus.
