School Requirements
* The school can consider NQTs and those who wish to complete their Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction
* Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in their subject area with relevant teaching qualifications
* Candidates must hold a UK Department for Education teacher reference number, equivalent non-UK qualifications or be in their final year of training.
* Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm and have a confident and professional manner, be adventurous, capable and ambitious.
Salary and Benefits Package
* Salaries range from £‎34,400-£‎47,700 depending on experience, paid in KWD.
* Salaries are tax free
* Free, furnished, air-conditioned accommodation with sole occupancy with all utilities paid
* Annual flight allowance
* Insurance for the Kuwaiti Government Health Service
* Should staff stay for ‎2 or more years, an end of service gratuity is payable
* Should staff stay for ‎3 or more years, any costs associated with ECT induction (if applicable) will be paid for by the company
