The Hilton Kuwait Resort is situated in the modern, vibrant, and

The Sales and Marketing Department* is responsible for the overall sales
targets of The Hotel but attracting the relevant clients from the various
different market segments that exist. They work closely with all departments
in the Hotel, especially rooms, events and reservations and operational teams
to ensure that their promise is delivered *

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
* Check all the incoming emails and action accordingly
* To ensure smooth administration of Sales Department to the standard required by the Hotel.
* Coordinate with Sales Team for all the entertainment forms and rate discount etc. for approval and return it to the concern person
* To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per the hotel procedures and policies
* Conduct site visits, meet in-house long term guests and follow up on leads.
* Follow up of assigned and "Walk-In" site inspections and in-house group arrangements, contract long term guests and follow up on contracts, renewals and payments and communicate the same to all concerned departments
* To coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming e-mail, and other administrative duties for the Sales teams.
* Follow up on long terms guests extension lease contracts.
* Liaise with Front Office / Finance teams on long stay bookings and payments.
* Seek and look for leads and convert business and increase long term segment revenue and room nights.
* To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the hotel standards of performance, by e-mail, phone or in person

To move into this position you should have (Externally)
* A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* ‎2 or more years experience in sales in hospitality.
* Opera knowledge, client facing sales experience.
* Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration is an advantage.
* Good team development and leadership skills.
* Computer Proficient -Microsoft Office [Word, PowerPoint, Excel]
* Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
* The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
