You will Support (Project Manager) with the objective of executing theproject
within the defined targets (costs, time, quality, securing offsetcredits) and
to the satisfaction of customers, concerned government authoritiesand internal
stakeholders.
* Coordinate/collaborate with all internal and externalcontacts/stakeholders (incl. government departments/authorities, customers, internaldepartments and BUs, Corp. depts., HUB/HQ, internal/external Auditors)
* Support PM incommunication/coordination with customers, government authorities &internal/external stakeholders.
* Ensure execution of all commercial activities as per applicable SiemensEnergy guidelines and local laws (T&Cs, project calculations, customercontracts, Supplier/logistics contracts/POs, MoU, SLAs, Real Estate topicsetc.)
* Support Project Manager in procurement, logistics and RealEstate related topics
* Manage/control all financial KPIs as per business plan/forecast includingorders, revenue, costs/SG&A, profit, CAPEX, fixed assets, receivables,inventory, payables, cash-flows, EV as per Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines
* Manage projectreceivables/collections, payments to internal/external suppliers, bankguarantees, Letter of credits as per SE guidelines and signature mandate
* Fully responsible to lead and manage monthly closing, budgeting,forecasting, controlling and financial reporting topics
* Support PM to prepare for project/business review meetings with themanagement, steering committee, HUB, and HQ.
* Optimizes DSO profit, cash flow and Net Capital Employed.
* Responsible to manage planned CAPEX, fixed assets and workingcapital as per business plan and controlling of costs and expenses to ensureoptimum utilization of all resources
* Ensure accuracy of books and records in Spiridon and othertools/applications.
* Contract & Claim / Risk & Opportunity Management (towardsCustomers, suppliers & other Internal/external Parties)
* Manage project throughout the project Life Cycle (DSO developmentand operational phases)
* Manage Projectfinances as per contractual developments/risk situation
* Manage the projectenabler processes and ensure compliance
* Manage hedging, insurance, tax, LCs, bank guarantees, Exportcontrol and other commercial topics.
* Attendinternal/external project meetings with Project Manager
What do I need to qualify forthis job?
* Only Kuwaiti candidates should apply (female preferred)
* ‎3 years of relevant work experience in commercial and financefunction
* University Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
* Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
* Knowledge of project Management methods, processes, and tools
* Knowledge of calculation methods / finance Models
* Project Controlling and reporting knowledge
* Accounting Principles (US GAAP, local accounting regulations, HGB,)
* Working capital, cashflow and Fixed Asset Management
