The Hilton Kuwait Resort is situated in the modern, vibrant, and
cosmopolitan city of Kuwait. Our five-star resort is set on ‎1,750 meters of Al
Mangaf coastline, curving alongside Kuwait's largest private white-sand beach,

Engineering is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the physical
plant and all of its features, including:
* Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines
* Preventive maintenance
* Minor and major repairs and improvements
* Support for other operating departments and guest activities

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
* Maintaining tools and workspaces.
* Cutting, shaping and dressing materials.
* Texturing and polishing blocks of stone, installing dressed stone
* Proficient with both modern power tools and traditional hand tools.
* Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks.
* Work in all weather and with various materials.
* Restoring old and damaged masonry works.
* Reading and following technical drawings.
* Mixing cement and mortar.
* Restoring old and worn masonry

To move into this position you should have :
* ‎3+ years' Experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Knowledge of all the applicable health and safety standards.
* Good planning and organization skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Solid communication skills.
* Good balance and physical strength
* Love for working with stone.
* Respect for the ancient traditions of the profession.
