Job Responsibilities
General Operational
* Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule
* Participate to daily pre-arrivals meeting and reviews on a daily basis restaurants booking system.
* Assist the outlets & IRD team to craft the best guest experience, promote and sell special dinner packages, assist the guests into arranging their dining experience when required.
* Ensure guest satisfaction during the pre-arranged special dining experience.
* Reviews and handles, with help of Department heads or Division head if necessary, all the F&B glitches and ensure the guest experience is recovered in timely manner.
* Maintains and reviews guest experience database and supplies insights on root causes and suggests action in order to reduce negative guest experiences.
* Supervises and follows up, with help of Department heads or Division head if necessary, any guest comment on Medallia, booking.com, Open Table or any other social media platform.
* Participate in service focus meetings and assist with implementation of action plan.
* Performs any additional duties as assigned.
General Marketing
* Maintain professional relationships with Local, Regional and International content creators, photographers, and videographers that have delivered demonstrable results.
* Attend internal meetings for R&B and will be actively involved in maintaining communication with PR team and follows promotional calendars for each individual outlet.
* Assist the PR team in managing the R&B social media channels, creating relevant and engaging content.
* Work closely with each outlet to identify and produce social media content opportunities and have presence at relative R&B events
* Assist the R&B and Marketing to create and maintain a solid customer database following PCI rules
* Assist with the R&B website updates and/or brings the attention to the needed changes.
* Participate in the creating and regular follow up of the R&B Marketing plan and its annual actions.
* Performs any additional marketing & PR duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Strong passion for Food & Beverage
* Extensive Food & Beverage operational knowledge and Previous experience in a related position
* Ability to anticipate and understand guest's needs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports, effective presentations and to facilitate meetings
* A high level of energy and passion for service
* Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team
* Knowledge of and the ability to operate computer skills
* Second language - Arabic (preferred)
* Knowledge of local market and trends is an advantage
* Social media savvy
* Possess a good knowledge of photography
* Have an eye for art and designs
