Lead Interior Designer - Hospitality

The Role
* Required to join an established architectural & engineering consultancy working on a range of projects across the Middle East. • The successful candidate will take responsibility for the design of corporate workplace, hospitality or retail projects from inception to completion. • They will use Revit and other 3D BIM computer design programmes with a focus on LEED and sustainable goals.
Requirements
* ‎10 + years of experience with the design of hospitality, commercial and workplace interiors • A degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent. • Able to use Revit and other 3D BIM computer design programmes on Interior Projects. • Excellent, graphics, communication skills. • A portfolio demonstrating designs that have improved the quality of life and user experience as well as being functional, efficient and dynamic. • Good knowledge of computer design software, Lumion, Vray, Grasshopper, Sketch Up, InDesign • Experience on Middle East projects an advantage
