Summary
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Employee Accommodation of
the Hotel, as part of Human Resources Department. The Assistant Manager -
Employee Housing is responsible in ensuring that the colleagues' residence is
managed efficiently according to the standard, providing courteous,
professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Qualifications
* Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
* Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Employee Housing
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Strong ability to oversee all the activities within the building
* Knowledgeable about building maintenance and services
* Competency in computer systems
