What you'll be doing
As our Kuwait People Experience & Culture Partner, you will be a member of
the People Experience & Culture team whose mission is to shape and evolve the
Group's culture and enhance the employee experience to create an engaging and
healthy work environment where people are enabled to take ownership of their
workplace experience that is built on diversity, equity, and inclusion. To be
successful in this role, you will co-create a people-centered growth culture
for Kuwait together with our leaders, front liners, back office and warehouse
teams and localize the group footprint and initiatives in Kuwait where
appropriate.
EMPLOYEE JOURNEY MAPPING
* Conduct employee journey mapping exercise on assigned touch points of employee life cycle, to enhance employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing.
* Support business units in initiating & following up on any employee experience diagnosis exercise (e.g., survey, pulse checks, interviews, focus groups, co-creation workshops…)
* Support business units in developing people strategy and advise stakeholders on enhancements and change management.
* Deploy employee experience products and solutions.
CULTURE & ENGAGEMENT
* Activate and enable People Experience & Culture Communities in Kuwait to ensure a bottom-up approach to shaping the Group's Culture.
* Partner with the extended People Experience & Culture team to conduct Culture Bootcamps, Labs, Hackathons, and other forums to drive priorities and focus areas.
* Partner with the leadership team in the country to address culture focus areas and support the evolution of employee experience and culture.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
* Lead Great Place to Work certification in Kuwait.
* Support in managing and/or leading wellbeing and engagement projects.
* Support in establishing accountability and advocacy on employee wellbeing and engagement among leaders and employees through different initiatives and projects.
ANALYTICS & BENCHMARKING
* Lead Voice of People survey for Kuwait
* Analyze and maintain People Experience & Culture data within the Group.
* Design, create and share reports on all People Experience & Culture activities to provide meaningful insights to the business, HR community and leaders.
* Source new partnership with external associations and benchmarking best practices in employee experience, culture, engagement, and wellbeing.
