Job Description
- Provide support to the GM Strategic Planning and Follow up in terms monitoring the execution of the Strategic goals, key drivers and initiatives.
- Assist in updating the calculation of the KPIs to track and monitor Bank-wide goals and Division specific targets.
- Assist in preparing the Central Bank quarterly strategy progress reports.
- Coordinate the Strategy Economic Overview Task Force affairs.
- Assist in the development of the Strategy financial model.
- Maintain close collaboration with Financial Planning and Control in all financial aspects relevant to the financial KPIs.
- Assist in ensuring implementation of the bank's approved strategy.
- Engaging with counterparts across the Bank and work streams.
- Sets subordinate goals and ensures alignment with the division's Objectives.
- Communicate and meet with internal & external stakeholders.
- Provide periodic report to the General Manager of Strategic Planning and Follow Up.
- Assist in the periodic review of the business units business plans.
Skills
- 10 years in a senior analytical role.
- Certification in data analytics is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Leadership skills.
Education
Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Banking or finance.
