POSITION SUMMARY



  • Carry out inspections, routine maintenance, adjustment and Ancillary of all the Laundry Equipment according to Marriott International PM program

  • Carry out inspections, routine maintenance on Housing and Laundry Main Systems such as chiller, pumps, A/H/U,s etc. according to Marriott International PM Program.

  • Perform trouble shooting and rectification work on breakdowns of Laundry, Ancillary Equipment and Housing Main Systems.

  • Ensure fuel, water, softener salt and boiler water treatment chemical supplies are maintained for laundry and boilers and stock is reordered in adequate time frame using the department procedures.

  • Ensure spare parts are ordered in a timely manner and ordereing & delivery is followed up in line with department procedures,

  • Ensure coverage of shifts using Laundry Plumber & Electrician & that other associates are trained in the operation & maintenance of the equipments

  • Maintain all equipment & work area in a good clean condition.

  • Assist other associates in the department as required.

  • Maintain engineering spaces in clean, orderly and safe condition.

  • Record utility and equipment readings and any oher documentation required.

  • Assist in energy conversation program.

  • Comply with departmental and hotel SOP & LSOP.

  • Carryout all work safely and take all necessary precautions to protect himself and other associates and guests

  • Flexible to perform any other duties as requested by management.
