Responsibilities
* Plan with the HR Ops Manager the annual HR activation calendar to facilitate effective planning and field activation with timely delivery.
* Leads on and manage all Employee Requests and Global Business Service HR Ops related requests and activities through myServices with the assigned SLAs/KPIs. In addition to adopt ways of working to enhance employee 's experience
* Manage the offline administration of all aspects of the employee life-cycle in his/her designated Area in addition to ensuring adherence to the company's policies, procedures and labor law.
* Maintain proper workflows & adherence to SLAs with other HR work streams to ensure service delivery model in place which directly impacts HR Ops & service delivery scorecard.
* Work on continues improvement and streamlining the HR Ops processes affecting the EE life cycle, services delivered and spotting efficiencies
* Conduct self-audits across Egypt to ensure adhering to labor law and company policies.
* Partner with HRBP in various field activities to drive Employee's engagement plan.
* Lead on HR Ops related projects (global, sector and local) to implement HR digitization agenda in Egypt, in addition to the key projects that will drive digital employee experience required, including the provision of management information as and when required
* Create an inclusive culture for team members and ensure they are motivated, engaged and aligned with HR Ops LBS strategy.
* Manage all government inspections related to complying with labor law.
Oversee and manage the service delivery in the following verticals:
Employee services and Benefits:
* Pre-boarding & Off Boarding process for all population
* Employee documents authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips..etc.)
* Severance communications and documentation
* Submission of Payroll on monthly basis for all offline transactions
* Onboard the new hires on HR systems
* Ensuring validity of all documents such as and not limited to Health certificates
* Lead with CBS benefits lead on any benefits activation in the field to support EEs in utilizing it.
TM and Learning:
* Staff Performance Management Process - (objectives design, business alignment, and process ownership)
* Staff Performance Management Process implementation (PDRs completion, reviews, etc..)
* Code of Conduct training delivery for offline EEs
* Organization Health Survey activation and handling the engagement activities for his own region
* Rewards & Recognition Activation
* Handling all logistics for the Learning Agenda in the field.
Facilities and Admin:
* Facilities operations in Distribution Centers
* Medical service support in Distribution Centers
* Administration of sick leaves
ER:
* Responding to Labor office requirements & Audits
* Full compliance with the local labor law
* Penalties communication with employees and implementing on the system after business alignment
* Human rights audits support with ER and HRBP to complete annually in the assigned locations.
* FL communication on MS Teams, bulletin board, digital signage in coordination with internal comms and IT)
Qualifications
* 4-6 years of experience, preferably with HR Ops experience.
* Customer orientation.
* Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity.
* Delivering results through others and raising the capability of his/her team.
* Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces.
* Professional knowledge in Egypt labor law
