Job Description and Qualifications
II. POSITION SUMMARY

This is a Contract position, based at the NEOM Power Elements (PWE) GRID
Project location, working a ‎8 x ‎2 weeks ' rotational assignment. The project
is being executed by the AIR PRODUCTS NEOM Green Hydrogen Project (NGHP) -
GRID Power Elements (PWE) Project execution team and is expected to last
approximately ‎36 months.
The incumbent is responsible for managing and improving databases that provide
an opportunity to track all EH&S incident data for the GHE Element and other
elements as required, to analyze data, create reports as required and follow-
up on defined actions from audits, investigations, inspections etc. Position
will also require interface with PWE EPC contractor and sub-contractors.
The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of EH&S throughout all phases
of construction and commissioning.

III, NATURE AND SCOPE
* Description - Power Element OHTL of NEOM Green hydrogen Project is erection and installation of ‎300+ km of Overhead Transmission lines with multiple Sub-stations and Transformers to provide power to Green Hydrogen Facility.
* Description: Power Element Wind of NEOM Green Hydrogen Project is erection and installation of ‎250+ Wind Turbines over a ‎200 km2, pooling substation and civil works activities. These will be to provide power for the Green Hydrogen Facility.
* Description: Power Element Solar of NEOM Green Hydrogen Project is erection and installation of solar panels (‎5.6 million), Inverters (‎766) and pooling stations (‎3). The area of the solar facility is ‎46.31 m2.
* Project Location: NEOM, Northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

IV. DIMENSIONS:
* Client: Neom Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC), a joint venture of AIR PRODUCTS, ACWA and NEOM
* Project Duration: Approx. ‎36 months (start in ‎7/‎2022)
* Number of individuals working on site: at peak ‎5.000 to ‎6.000

V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following:
* Support the full implementation of the project EH &S Plan
* Actively promote the development of a 'Total Safety Culture' and provide support during the implementation of all related (leadership) activities
* Demonstrate strong leadership at all times throughout the project phases
* Act as a coach, both for the assigned EH&S team and for Contractors
* Develop and maintain a data base to track ALL Incident data
* Undertake trending on a weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual basis and share information with Site EH&S Manager
* Prepare draft weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual reports
* Track manhours and manpower for ALL contractors and AP personnel
* Support the identification of PPEs and HSE instruments and devices for the Site
* Support the development and implementation of safety campaigns
* Support the EH&S Training in establishing, maintaining and monitoring of the training register database(s)
* Act as a coordinator for the Heat Stress program between Air Products and Contractor organisations
* Report to site EH&S manager of any potential safety issue and unsafe conditions
* Support the completion and issue of incident reports
* Participate in RCA's for any incidents
* Coordinate weekly Site walkdowns with all Contractors and compile a report to be shared
* Administer and track all actions from weekly management walkthroughs
* Submit on time all necessary audit and reports to the Air Products site managing team
* Keep an organized filing system in the field office
* Coordinate and attend a weekly on-site construction meeting with the assigned Contractors and their subcontractors as required
* Support emergency response drill schedules and maintain the action tracking sheet for the lessons learned from the drills
* Field safety status photographs are to be taken throughout the process of construction
* Coordinate between the Training department and Security department to issue and control AP Badge ID systems

VI. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Safety certificates in OSHA and IOSH for short safety or environmental courses
* ~‎10 years ' experience on international mega-projects working in EH&S Administrator or EH&S Management System Specialist role
* Good knowledge of databases including Event Management and possessing above average competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Familiar with all aspects of Construction Safety and possessing specialist knowledge in one or two areas of Construction Safety (i.e., excavations, scaffolding, lifting, etc.)
* Possess sound knowledge on the incident reporting, analysis and generating reports
* Being a good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel and be based in remote location
