Job Description and Qualifications
NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN PROJECT:
Air Products has entered into an agreement with ACWA Power and NEOM (all ‎3
have equal ownership) for the development of a $5bl green hydrogen-based
ammonia production facility sited in NEOM. This is based on renewable energy
principles and the project will integrate over four gigawatts of renewable
solar, wind and storage power. It will produce green ammonia for export to
global markets. The project is scheduled to be onstream in ‎2026.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Operations (Generalist / Onboarding) will develop and administer all
human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments. He/she
will also be responsible for the office and operations management of the
organization. By developing and implementing various systems and maintaining
positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal staff, the Human
Resources/Operations Manager will help HRiA to function effectively and
efficiently.


NATURE & SCOPE
The main functions of this position are:
* Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
* Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet HRiA personnel information needs.
* Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
* Analyse HR processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and efficiency gains to contribute to our HR Operation Strategy (e.g. usability, self-service, content management)
* Develop and produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports
* Responsibility for KPI Analysis, HR Matrix, On- and Offboardings, contract management, overall HR Life Cycle
* Routinely and proactively monitor information requirements of HR department to meet and drive business needs
* Proactively keeping up to date with employment legislation changes and updating policies and processes as needed
* Manage internal and external HR and Operations projects
* General HR support (social security and tax questions, reference letters, digital personnel files, personnel management system)
* Acts as a Business Partner for selected Scope 's entities and manage their overall HR topics.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Degree in business management, Human Resources or related discipline in an equivalent education
* At least ‎4 years of experience in international HR teams or related functions
* Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation and labour law
* Good customer service approach and the ability to handle issues and queries with professionalism
* Advanced Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Excellent written communication and numerical skills
* Ability to work within tight and conflicting timeframes
* Highly organised and focused on accuracy and driving results
* Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters
* Confident and professional appearance; enthusiasm and results-orientation
* Willingness to take responsibility with an entrepreneurial attitude and to work in a dynamic international environment.

* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to present to Senior Management team and Board of Directors.
* Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution.
