Job Description and Qualifications
* PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
* Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts & Ammedment of Contract.
* Keeping track of recruitment progress against the project staffing plans and talent requestions
* Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
* Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
* Assist with payroll and projects with HRBS (Human resources Business Partener).
* Support other assigned functions.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
* Create and submit reports to HR senior management
* Track vacation requests, follow up on approvals, and update calendars
* Assist employees with attendance, payroll, benefits, and general inquiries, as well as work towards resolving any discrepancies with Human Resources Manager and Payroll Manager
* Assist with creating and distribution of internal memos and other internal communications to employees
* Monitor worker's compensation claims
* Assists with processing of seperation.
* Interface and coordination with manpower suppliers.
* Coordinnate and collaborate with the Project GRO on employee documnetaions and suupot in the site.

* Work effectively both independently and as a team
* Effectively deal with department heads and team members, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and, diplomacy
* Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence
* Connect deeply with people, maintain trust, and navigate sensitive issues with colleagues
* Work under pressure
* Excellent English and Arabic both spoken and written
* Extensive experience of working with the Saudi Authorities particularly in legal issues
* Team Player
* Strong communicator written and oral
* Strong and effective coordinator
* Organised, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks
* Strong Microsoft software skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Report writing skills
* Experience of working in a multicultural project team
* Middle East project experience
* Experience in KSA
