Main Purpose:
Execute, according to hygienic standards, housekeeping, cleaning, gardening
and tiding up activities in order to ensure public and staff private areas are
in good condition (office, guesthouse, including outside areas)

تنفيذ أنشطة التدبير المنزلي والتنظيف والبستنة والإرشاد، وفقًا للمعايير الصحية

Accountabilities:
* Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and other rooms in MSF houses and office.
* Do the laundry iron clothes and other housekeeping activities.
* Support the cook (washing up, cleaning the kitchen, etc.).
* Sweep and mop the floors.
* Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) as required.
* Upon arrival, prepare hot water for tea/coffee and refill drinking water.
* Check that the toilets are well stocked with paper and soap.
* Check that the water supply (kitchen, showers, etc.) is sufficient during water cuts.
* Keep premises properly locked (doors, windows).
* Clean the windows, outside areas from dust and waste, take care of plants and grass areas
* Following the cleaning schedule for the office or guest house
* Managing the hygiene supplies in the office or guest house and communicate with HR assistant for any stock replenishment
المسؤوليات
* تنظيف غرف النوم والحمامات والمراحيض والغرف الأخرى في منازل ومكاتب منظمة أطباء بلا حدود.
* القيام بغسل وكوي الملابس وغيرها من أنشطة التدبير المنزلي.
* دعم الطباخ/ة في (غسل وتنظيف المطبخ، إلخ).
* كنس ومسح الأرضيات.
* أعادة تخزين المستلزمات (ورق التواليت، والصابون، وما إلى ذلك) حسب الحاجة.
* إعداد الماء الساخن للشاي / القهوة واعادة تعبئة مياه الشرب عند الوصول.
* التأكد من وجود كمية كافية من ورق التنشيف والصابون.
* التأكد من وجود إمدادات مياه (المطبخ، حمامات، إلخ) كافية أثناء انقطاع المياه.
* الحفاظ على المباني مغلقة بشكل صحيح (الأبواب والنوافذ).
* تنظيف النوافذ الخارجية من الأتربة والفضلات، والاعتناء بالنباتات والمناطق العشبية.
* اتباع جدول التنظيف للمكتب أو دار الضيافة.
* إدارة لوازم النظافة في المكتب أو دار الضيافة والتواصل مع المساعد الإداري لأي تجديد للمخزونRequirements:
* Education: elementary
* Experience: preferable similar experience desirable
* Languages :
Local language knowledge, English is an asset in communication in work
environment
