About the role

As the Assistant Manager, Marketing F&B - Nightlife & Social, you will assist
the Manager, Marketing F&B - Nightlife & Social manage all marketing and
social media activities relating to entertainment and nightlife events, and
other resort projects on a need basis. You will assist in developing highly
effective marketing strategies to market entertainment and nightlife outlets
and other activity in line with guidance from the Marketing Manager and
Director, and help implement plans to assist the marketing team in meeting
revenue targets using all channels.

You will also work closely with photographers and venue managers to lead
photoshoots used for social media content, and draft effective, clever social
media copy, in line with brand persona, to drive engagement, as well as work
closely with Facebook and other social media platforms to stay up to date on
the latest technology and algorithm developments.

About you

The successful candidate must be passionate about food & beverage/nightlife
marketing and have prior experience in this field, have excellent writing and
presentation skills, have a mobile and digital centric approach, and previous
experience working within a fast-paced environment within marketing and social
media.

You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken,
have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and
have good stakeholder management, and have strong project management and
organization skills to enable completion of multiple projects at once. Strong
technical skills are essential, using Microsoft Office and Excel, and a degree
in marketing is preferred, though not essential.
