Delivery Coordinator

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Delivery Coordinator shall manage, organise and follow up Warehouse and
logistics activities and tasks to ensure efficient and safe warehouse
operation in accordance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality)
requirements and service targets.

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and reports directly to
the Customer Service Team Lead - Local.
Main responsibilities:
* Coordinate with Planners, Supervisors in addition to Production and Customer Service Departments by following up products availability, orders dispatch timeline and orders forecast to ensure customer orders on time delivery
* Support delivering the right order to Jotun customers on or before the agreed order delivery date to ensure both On Time in Full (OTIF) and Internal Delivery Performance (IDP) targets are achieved.
* Plan and organize customer orders deliveries by scheduling and coordinating with respective departments to ensure on time delivery and high level of service provided to Jotun customers
* Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
* Reporting, monitoring, and analysis of the relevant Warehouse/Logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
* Preparation of Invoice and Delivery notes as per the order
* Plan and optimize transport routes
* Handle transportation of outbound finished goods as per the transport guidelines.
* Track orders using functional systems (e.g. tracking software)
* Ensure documents are properly distributed and filed using functional Systems eg. DMS (Document Management System)

* Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
* Fluent in English
* Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator experience in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
