The Candidate

As Sales Intern, **** you will join a committed sales team, driven with the
intent of delivering 'FIVE-star' experiences to an international diaspora in
the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

The VIBE at FIVE is all about performing optimally while having the best
professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion
for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active
environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are
second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and
critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye
for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think
'on your feet' during changing situations is also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving
service goals.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business
leads
* Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
* Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
* Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales program
* Set up appointments and make personal sales calls, telemarketing, and inspections to all existing and potential accounts
* Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the of the department superior
* Explore industry related data, new developments, new assignments, complexes, new business centers, new projects which all could be and benefit of the hotel and to distribute this information to colleagues
* Participate in preparing the sales action plans, attend sales meetings, develop new ideas such as special packages, programs, promotional activities undertaken by sales department, F &B, spa, and other hotel revenue centers
* Take part in sales training programs, trade fairs / shows, sales blitzes and fam trips assigned by department head
* Achieve individual goal/targets set by department

Requirements
What are we looking for:**
*
Previous experience in the hospitality Industry with relevant background will
be an advantage
* Candidates available locally will be preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships especially with business partners
* High level of passion in the Sales including F &B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result
* Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
* Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
* Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
