Job Description:
* Quantity take-off to prepare project construction budget cost
* Review of monthly evaluation
* Review variation recommendations from Contract Administrator
* Review of final account
* Review of Tender Documents to identify exact requirements and highlight potential issues
* Provide detailed measurement of quantities and prepare bill of quantities as and when required
* Send out inquiries together with specification
* Prepare tender comparison report
* Prequalify subcontractors for FFE and nominated subcontract packages and suppliers.
* Manage the procurement of FFE packages, nominated subcontract packages and PC rate items
* Review of Contract Documents of Contractors, Nominated Subcontractors, Consultants and Suppliers
* Attend meetings with PQS to verify variations & payments
* Carry out other duties consistent with Job-holders knowledge and skills for the satisfactory completion of the project
