Employee Reporting Center Care

Job Information:

• You take care of the intake of the reports, talk to the reporter and inform about possible actions. You then analyze the report and draw up a report, set up a file, collect available additional information, conduct your investigation and forward the report to the correct chain partner;


• You approach and analyse reports from an integral and broad context. You hereby guarantee and monitor the legal defensibly of the files that have been built up.


• You organise necessary consultations on the basis of the report analysis and act as chairman of the various forms of consultation;


• You consult with the involved internal and external parties and/or chain partners, act as a question owner, monitor progress/actions and keep reporters informed of progress and results throughout the process and prepare progress and evaluation reports.


• You build and maintain a relevant network with internal and external parties and/or chain partners, manage and update the network and participate in residents ' meetings.


• You put out information requests to prevent imminent evictions and coordination with various parties to find solutions to prevent evictions.

Job Experience:

• Work experience with care and nuisance problems;


• Experience within a service organization;


• Experience in liaising with residents;


• Experience with the fields of living, security and care;


• Bachelors Degree
