looking for an Admin Assistant who will be responsible for keeping an office
running smoothly and overseeing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with office management and maintenance - this includes ordering of office supplies, equipment and tracking of expenses.
* Serve as the main contact for office supplies, bills and shipping.
* Manage monthly office budget
* Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented properly.
* Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement.
* Be the point of contact for Tafaseel (the office landlord, out staffing provider of employment contracts and visas)
What we 're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree
* Language - Fluent in English - both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Comfortable with using Google Suite or Microsoft office and able to create and submit reports in text and spreadsheets.
* High ownership & Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Previous experience working in administrative roles
