We are looking for a Test Strategy Lead to join our team in a customer-facing
role that combines technical responsibilities and traditional consulting
elements. The Test Strategy Lead will work on a dedicated project, and will be
involved primarily in shaping the testing function end to end from presales to
delivery. They will lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design,
implementation and execution of testing tasks.
As a subject matter expert on all things Testing (including UAT,
Manual/Automation/QA, Regression, etc), you will deliver proper plans to
facilitate a smooth project delivery for our customers. Core responsibilities
will include the design of testing frameworks, building communication plans on
how testing works, creation of technical documentation for delivery teams,
identifying processes and integration workflows to ensure Fanatical Experience
for customers.
Travel to a customer-site in Saudi Arabia will be required.
Arabic language skills will be highly advantageous.

Key Accountabilities

• Define, review, and implement testing strategy for major cloud implementations.


• Work with Engineering and Architecture teams in an agile environment to ensure on-time, high-quality releases


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA practices.


• Assist with investigation and resolution of production issues, following a DevOps culture.


• Ensure key quality metrics are monitored, reported on and continually improved


• Writing and maintaining automated acceptance and system tests


• Familiarity with various testing methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development and/or Behavior-Driven Development


• Maintain an on-going awareness of emerging developments and trends related to the test discipline that could impact current projects and influence new projects

• Works independently, with guidance in complex situations only


• Experience in designing and delivering in multi project environment(s)


• Able to act as mentor for less experienced team members


• Has built world class software engineering in test teams that focused on high throughput and quality, engineering happiness and overall business success


• Have led multiple third party test teams both onshore and offshore


• Setting up the function from scratch / growing the practice


• Hands-on experience from a consultative perspective.
