creativity.
Main missions
Carry out diagnostics and repairs of watches arriving at the Boutique (75% of
the time)
Provide technical support for the shop's sales staff (25% of the time)
Tasks
Diagnosis and reparations:
* Carry out the diagnosis and quick services on all watches that arrive in the Boutique within 1 day.
* Perform the services requested/approved by the client according to the levels of authorizations granted:
* Quick service (Battery, bracelet change, etc.)
* Maintenance / water resistance service, component exchange
* Complete services
* Maintenance of stock watches according to the levels of authorizations granted.
* Respect the workflow as well as the deadlines for all repairs.
Quality:
* Carry out the quality control of all watches received after the intervention of the manufacture and the Richemont platform (functional and aesthetic)
* Guarantee the quality of the work performed
Maintenance of means and equipment:
* Carry out the care and maintenance of the workshop equipment.
* Propose the new investments necessary for the smooth running of the activity
* Guarantee the maintenance and cleanliness of the workshop
* Manage the creation, update, and replenishment of kit boxes
* Manage component returns by following the recycling procedure
Sales Support
* Carry out the interventions at the time of sale (adjustment / change of bracelet, battery ...)
* Provide assistance to the sales staff (answer technical questions, training, etc.)
* Attend Maisons events in-store or across the region
Communication
* Regularly share information and technical problems with the technical manager.
* Encourage constructive comments and feedback
Behavior
* Adopt exemplary behavior at all levels
* Respect the health and safety rules in place
Technical skills:
* Watchmaker certificate with 5 years of experience
* Ability to repair complex watches on a high-end level.
Other skills
* Language: English, Chinese (optional) or Arabic (optional)
* IT: Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote), SAP
