Responsibilities include:
Outreach
* Contact and conversion of prospective car sellers from existing classified platforms
* Contact and sign up prospective car dealers
Onboarding
* Onboard car sellers
* Onboard car dealers
* Review car dealer applications
* Review vehicles uploaded
* Provide assistance to sellers and dealers
Follow-Up
* Contact sellers upon auction end and after sale completed
* Contact winning dealers to ensure sale progressed
* Identify business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
Ad-Hoc
* Quality checking vehicles uploaded
* Other administrative tasks as required
* Promoting the business at specific events and locations
* Providing timely feedback and reports as requested to the founders
* Manage inbound enquires or questions via the 'contact us' WhatsApp
* Provide basic technical support
* Management of social media activity
Development
* Accompany senior team with visiting potential customers and developing new relationships
* Attend sales calls, meetings, and educational workshops to learn customer success techniques
* Increase technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professionals/industry publications, and networking at industry gatherings
* Maintain existing relationships with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance
* Attend trade exhibitions, industry events and demos alongside senior team
